The acquisition was complex due to the competitive nature of the bidding process as well as the aggressive timetable involved. As well as the general M&A advice, New Model also assisted the client in arranging for a syndicate of banks to part fund the acquisition.
Arranged and executed the sale of shares in a SaaS business, producing a 5.7x net return on capital, and an IRR of 77% for investors.
